  Over priced drinks for sub-par service. If I could leave and patronize another establishment I would; however, this seems to be the only bar in our concourse.

  Asked for "Makers Mark, straight up, water on the side." I received it on the rocks no water on the side.
  When the bartender finally returned to me, she accused my of not using the proper term, "you wanted it near?"
  I then received a half shot in a glass, still no water. I looked at her and asked, "$11.25?" She replied, "that's an airport shot". "Can I have the water I asked for please?"
  The glass was filthy with Bloody Mary residue and lip prints. I returned it got another and a smirking apology.
  At this point, everyone in the bar is sympathetic, one gent points out, "you know, you didn't ask for a clean glass."
  
  Really hard not to be angry.

  Only using these words to describe the rudest person I've ever come across in airport service...beware the overweight, dark haired female bartender. If I could give her a -1 star rating, I would. Unprofessional, biting, and unhygienic.

  Visited the bar before our flight home, ordered one round if beera that amounted to about 20 dollars. Discovered when we got home that we were double charged. Two different transaction for the same amount. Been in the phone for two days trying to figure it out. Least helpful staff and bad business practices.... Do not patronize this bar!!! Or if you must pay cash.
