When it was my turn to order I simply asked the lady "can you please tell me what an iced velvet is" her very rude response, " we don't have have blended coffees today." I said, okay then can you tell me what is a good choice for an iced coffee? She very rudely says " I don't know." I then just settled with a regular coffee over ice. It was very obvious she did not like her job & is definitely not a people person. Very disappointed in the customer service. Cofee was nothing to write home about.May 26, 2016
